Sahand Noor Mohammadzadeh 26 years old is a citizen of Tehran who was arrested during the actual revolution in Iran. According to the issued punishment, the court accused him of "waging war against God" by setting fire on public facilities in order to disturb the order and security of the country and confront the Islamic government, and a preliminary death sentence was issued for him. He denied the accusations and in the videos shown in the court, there is no picture of him committing the alleged actions. Noor Mohammadzadeh, like other detainees, has been deprived of the right to access a chosen lawyer.
